1). Warranty Policy

  1. Ordinary products are guaranteed for one year free of charge in accordance with the national "Three Guarantees" regulations.

2). Return and exchange policy

  1. In accordance with the national "New Three Guarantees" regulations, if the product has a performance failure after purchase, the user can choose to return, replace or repair within 7 days, and can choose to replace or repair within 15 days;

  2, the validity period of the three packs after exchange is recalculated from the date of exchange, and indicated on the invoice.

3). Warranty regulations

  1. During the warranty period, users who hold a valid warranty certificate can receive free warranty treatment;

  2. For products that are limited to mainland China, users who use them outside the mainland China area cannot enjoy the warranty policy in the designated area.

4). not within the scope of the warranty

  According to Article 17 of the “Regulations on Responsibilities for Repair, Replacement and Return of Certain Commodities”, even if the product is within the warranty period but falls into one of the following conditions, it is not covered by the warranty:

  1. Consumers are damaged due to improper use, maintenance and storage;

  2, the damage is caused by disassembly by the person who is not responsible for the three-pack repair;

  3. There is no three guarantee certificate and valid invoice;

  4. The three-guarantee certificate model does not match the repaired product model or is altered;

  5. Damage caused by force majeure (lightning, rain, etc.).

  During the validity period of the "Three Guarantees", if the product does not meet the warranty conditions and needs to be charged, the warranty card and charge certificate must indicate the reason for the non-compliance with the warranty conditions, and the users signature shall be approved.

5). the issue of charges outside the warranty period

  After the free warranty period of the whole machine exceeds one year, the maintenance service shall be carried out in accordance with the following principles:

  1. All products beyond the warranty period will be charged for maintenance and spare parts;

  1, valid warranty certificate

  1.1 The valid warranty certificate refers to the formal purchase invoice and warranty certificate, and the single warranty number is the same as the product number;

  1.2 If there is no valid warranty certificate, the warranty can be calculated from the date of manufacture of the whole machine;
